Pavilion Rental Fees
To Reserve a Pavilion, come by the Athens Rec. Center between 8:00AM-4:30PM M-F and fill out a reservation form and pay the appropriate rental fees and deposit.
5th Avenue Park, Big Springs Park , Lincoln-Bridgeforth, Swan Creek Park , and Fitness Park rental fees are as follows:
- All Day Rental for on pavilion (8a.m.-10p.m.) $30.00
- Additional $25.00 for use of kitchenette
- A refundable damage deposit of $200.00 will be required up front and will be refunded after inspection by Parks & Recreation staff for all of the following rental purposes:
• Company Picnics
• Family Reunions
• Church Events
• Social Groups
Rental Refunds (less $5.00) will be issued if reservations are canceled at least 48 hour prior to scheduled time. No refund will be given without 48 hour notice unless inclement weather prohibits the use of the facility. Damage deposit refunds of 50% will be issued if reservations are canceled at least 48 hour prior to scheduled time. Damage deposit refunds of 100% will be issued if inclement weather prohibits the use of the facility.
Kids Dugout at the SportsPlex
Kids Dugout does not require a rental fee but needs to be reserved. It will be reserved in sessions as follows:
Session 1 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon
Session 2 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Session 3 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
