Physical Requirements &General Abilities - Ability to perform all essential job functions. Performs comprehensive performance monitoring of sewage collection system. Responsible for reporting system compliance to ADEM.  Identifies system problems and takes corrective actions. Responsible for the inspection/approval of all new sewer construction.  Coordinates new service and repair with contractors and builders.  Assists Department Manager with the planning of system growth and improvements. Makes work assignments, monitors work, conducts annual performance appraisals.
